We are proud to represent wineries from the top tiers of quality and professionalism in their respective regions. Our historical strengths have been in Burgundy, Beaujolais and Southern France, but latterly we have become the leading UK importer of South African wines and expanded our range with exciting additions from Portugal, South America, Australia and New Zealand. We are always looking for new wine-producing partners.

Australia/New Zealand

A first-choice option for many consumers today, the wines of Australia fully demonstrate the distinctive and characterful food and wine culture of their nation at every price point.  Similarly, the wines of New Zealand offer a refreshing and innovative choice.  Raisin Social is proud to work with outstanding producers in both countries.

Europe

The UK wine market is built upon a rich and ancient heritage of wine imports from our nearest neighbours.  Raisin Social is pleased to represent a select group of wineries in France, Spain and Portugal, and is always seeking others to extend its range.

South Africa

In the early 1990s Raisin Social was fortunate to be in a position to take a gamble and import the first container of South African wine. Our gamble paid off, and we soon became recognised as the leading importer of South African wines into the UK - today we retain an excellent group of suppliers in the Cape, and have unique expertise in this distinctive and exciting nation.

South America

South American vineyards have in recent years emerged as an abundant source of excellent and highly commercial wines, striking exactly the right balance between rich fruit flavours and satisfying, savoury character.  No wine list is complete today without Argentinian and Chilean labels.
